At Lexibook, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your new pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
